Transportation Coordinator
LaborMAX Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to support delivery scheduling, transportation logistics, and daily operations.
Responsibilities- Schedule customer deliveries and coordinate driver routes.
- Track transportation costs and maintain spreadsheets.
- Coordinate inbound shipments with carriers and vendors.
- Review shipping manifests and delivery paperwork.
- Communicate with Operations, Sales, and Drivers.
- Assist with transportation planning and logistics.
- Support safety initiatives and daily operations.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and computer skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and transportation.
- 18+ years old.
- Transportation, logistics, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong math and data‑entry skills.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Experience in logistics, dispatching, transportation, or operations coordination.
