Key responsibilities:

• Maneuver tractor trailers for loading and unloading products while ensuring safety and security of the yard and dock area.
• Operate safely and timely, complying with Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and maneuver equipment on the yard prior to dispatch.
• Ensure safe movement of equipment around yard and warehouse.
• Maintain equipment on site.
• Drop and hook tractor to trailer.
• Inspect truck for defects before and after trips and submit reports indicating truck condition.
• Proper, complete, and safe execution of logistics and associated activities on site.
• Verify unit initials and numbers accurately.
• Maintain a safe pace while spotting and pulling trailers/containers from dock doors.
• Maintain integrity of trailers and loads, ensuring cold chain temperature adherence.
• Ensure all loads are guarded and sealed.
• Handle quality management system requirements during transport and storage activities.

This position is considered a Safety Sensitive position.

High School Degree.

• Ability to use computer for yard tracking.
• 2+ years of work experience in related fields.
• CDL and commercial driving experience preferred.
• Commercial Driving: 1 year (Preferred).
• Driving: 1 year (Preferred).

• Salary Range: $24.70 + $1.15 grave differential.
• Shift: Rotating 12-hour shift.
