The Grease Route Driver is responsible for operating a grease collection truck to collect cooking oil while providing quality service to our customers.

• Pump or load grease containers; ensure cleanliness of container and surrounding area; return container with screen and lock secured; note any damages to container or corral area; properly complete route ticket with customer signature.
• Responsible for established route as assigned.
• Responsible for company vehicle; keep vehicle in clean condition.
• Conduct all safety checks, inspections of vehicle; operate vehicle under state/federal/local regulations and in accordance with company policy & procedures; observe all company safety rules.
• Attendance at all safety meetings required; may be asked to serve on Safety Committee.
• Maintain excellent customer relations by presenting professional appearance and attitude.
• Responsible for completing all company‑required paperwork in accordance with company policies (route tickets, driver vehicle inspection reports, accident reports, mileage reports, service forms, etc).
• Maintain and update vehicle condition report on a daily basis.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a clean MVR.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a similar vehicle to a grease route truck.
• Current CDL holder with proper endorsements.

• Prior route experience within a customer‑oriented environment preferred.
• Works well with others in a team environment.
• Dependable, reliable; ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
• Good math and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safe operation of a commercial motor vehicle and general maintenance.
