Job Overview

We are seeking a Fleet Repair Coordinator to manage vehicle repair approvals, purchase orders, and progress monitoring across our fleet.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with fleet managers to approve or deny accident repairs.
  • Review high-cost repairs with fleet management and service providers.
  • Issue purchase orders to national account providers and independent shops.
  • Monitor repair progress and expedite as appropriate.
  • Build reports to monitor vehicle activity.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of body shop experience preferred; some auto/truck body repair expertise preferred.
  • ASE Certifications or iCar Certifications a plus but not required.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).

  • Strong organization, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent time‑management, with proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high‑pace environment.
  • Knowledgeable of fleet‑management programs and business drivers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
Outputs
  • Vehicle repairs followed up consistently and timely.
  • Effective communication with fleet managers and body shops.
  • Negotiated pricing and approvals that reduce downtime and expense.
