• Safely operate and maneuver commercial delivery vehicles to transport beverages to designated retail locations.
• Follow predetermined delivery routes and schedules, ensuring on‑time and accurate deliveries while adapting to traffic and weather.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Safely load and unload beverage products, preventing damage or breakage.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report safety issues.
• Use electronic devices or paper documentation to confirm deliveries, track inventory, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Interact professionally with store personnel and establish positive relationships.
• Maintain a valid CDL‑A license and comply with union requirements.
• Complete all assigned training and attend meetings or special projects as needed.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate.
• Valid CDL‑A License and Interstate License.
• Preferred ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Clean driving record meeting Swire’s vehicle policy.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and adapt to changing schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy beverage cases repeatedly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Base pay range is $30.11–$33.46 per hour, with overtime opportunities and a bonus structure.
