NST can't operate without you. We have open positions for qualified and professional CDL Class A truck drivers and Owner-Operators for coast-to-coast, regional, and local routes. We specialize in LTL refrigerated freight and can offer you a rewarding career!

• Very competitive hourly and RPM (Rate-Per-Mile) for empty and loaded miles – $0.65 and higher.

• 2-5 years verifiable OTR experience $2,500.00 for up to 3,500 miles per week PLUS $50.00 per extra stop. Over 3500 weekly miles earns an ADDITIONAL $.02 CPM for all logged miles that week.
• 6+ years verifiable OTR experience: $3,000.00 for 3,000-3,500 miles per week PLUS $50.00 per extra stop. Over 3,500 miles earns an ADDITIONAL $.02 CPM for all logged miles that week.
• High Mileage MONTHLY BONUS: $.005 CPM for ALL miles that month IF they reach or exceed 13,200 miles for the month (3,300 average weekly miles).

• Minimum of 2-year Verifiable OTR experience
• Preferred Verifiable Reefer Experience

• MVR MUST be CLEAN with no “at fault accidents”, no excessive speeding violations, etc.
• Must pass a drug test
• Must be able to understand, read, communicate fluently in English.
