Rail Car Loader
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Rail Car Loaders. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading vehicles onto railcars. The work hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, based in the Fife/Tacoma area. This position requires a commitment to safety and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload vehicles onto railcars.
- Operate vehicles with precision while driving them onto railcars.
- Perform general labor tasks as required.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during loading operations.
Essential Skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.

Work Environment
The position offers a consistent schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The work involves outdoor conditions, requiring individuals to be comfortable with physical activity and working at heights.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tacoma, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
