Asotin County is seeking a dedicated and skilled Solid Waste Equipment Operator to join our team in Asotin, WA. Asotin County is committed to providing essential services to our residents while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and skilled operation of solid waste disposal equipment, including dozers, compactors, trucks, and scrapers. Your work will directly contribute to the cleanliness and sustainability of our community, ensuring that waste is managed responsibly and in compliance with all regulations. The position requires working in various weather conditions and demands a high level of reliability and professionalism.
Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with a CDL Class B and Air Brake Endorsement.
