LaborMAX Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to support delivery scheduling, transportation logistics, and daily operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Schedule customer deliveries and coordinate driver routes
Track transportation costs and maintain spreadsheets
Coordinate inbound shipments with carriers and vendors
Review shipping manifests and delivery paperwork
Communicate with Operations, Sales, and Drivers
Assist with transportation planning and logistics
Support safety initiatives and daily operations
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and computer skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and transportation
REQUIREMENTS:
• 18+ years old
• Transportation, logistics, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong math and data-entry skills
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
