The following general description applies to all hourly store team members. Please read the detailed information listed below.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and floor approximately daily.

Orientation and training will be provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly; calculator may be used.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36° to 90°

F. Sudden temperature changes, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces/tools up to 500° F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Talking and hearing on the telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, under stress, meet quality control standards, interact with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

• Standing: Most tasks performed from a standing position on ceramic tile or linoleum. Work surfaces height 36”–48”.
• Walking: Short distances with brief durations.
• Sitting: Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting: Bulk product deliveries twice a week or more; cases up to 50 pounds, 3’ × 1.5’ dimensions, stocked onto shelves up to 72”.
• Carrying: Items weighing 3–30 pounds moved from storage to front of store.
• Pushing: Trays on dollies; force required up to 7.5 pounds. Trays may also be pulled.
• Climbing: Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders.
• Bending: Forward bending at the pizza assembly station and front counter, duration 30–45 seconds repeated continuously.
• Crouching/ Squatting: Occasional to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching: Continuous upward, downward, and forward reaching; above 72” occasionally.
• Hand Tasks: Continuous use of hands with forearms and wrists when shaping dough or using pizza peel/rolling cutter; pinching required when assembling cardboard pizza boxes.

• Deliver product by car and to the door of customers; deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle available for delivery.

• Navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
• Maintain safe driving practices in adverse terrain.

• Carrying: Carry pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Driving: Deliver pizzas within a designated area, making several deliveries per shift.
• Walking: Travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
• Climbing: Navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather while delivering product, driving, and couponing. Far vision and night vision required for driving.
