River City Transport is hiring full-time CDL A OTR Dry Van Drivers Nationwide. At River City Transport, drivers aren't an afterthought — they're the backbone of everything we do. • Average weekly pay range: $1,800 - $2,500
  • 58 - 65 CPM experience based rate
  • Average weekly miles: 3,000+
  • All miles paid, loaded & unloaded
• Additional Pay:
  • Breakdown Pay: $150 per day if no replacement unit is available
  • Layover Pay: $150
  • Detention Pay: $25 per hour after 2 free hours
  • Extra holiday pay: $150 incentive for driving on a holiday (8 holidays per year)
  • Clean level 1 inspection report: $100
• Bonuses:
  • Referral bonus: $1,500 paid in increments over 1 year
  • Quarterly Safety Bonus: $250 - $1,000
    • Safe driving (no accidents or infractions)
    • 100% On time deliveries & pick ups
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

• Paid Time Off:

• Home time: 1 day home for each week on the road
  • Drivers in the following locations may get home more often:
    Dubuque IA, Indianapolis IN, Kansas City KS, Madison WI, Lancaster PA, Reno NV
• Schedule:
  
  On the road 4 - 6+ weeks at a time
• Route: OTR 48 states
• Level of Touch: 100% No-touch freight, 70% drop & hook

• 2022 - 2027 Freightliner & International Sleeper Trucks
• Automatic transmission fleet
• Amenities:
  Refrigerators, XM radio, new mattresses, heated & cooled seats
• Governed Speed: 70 MPH
• Outward cameras, event triggered
• ELD equipped using Samsara system

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 2 year verifiable commercial tractor-trailer driving experience
• No DUI's or felony driving convictions in the last 5 years
• No major violations in the last 3 years
• No more than 3 minor violations in the last 3 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a background check and required pre-employment drug screen
