The Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing product and materials. This role oversees receiving, labeling, staging, and shipping of hardware, hollow metal, and related materials while ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely delivery to support project and production operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments in ERP systems
- Operate forklift and other equipment to move, stage, and organize materials
- Label and mark materials for jobs, work orders, and change orders
- Prepare and ship materials using UPS, LTL, and other carriers
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Purchasing, and Production on order status
- Complete required shipping documentation and bills of lading
- File and track freight claims for damaged materials
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory counts, local deliveries, and cross-department support as needed
- Follow all safety, PPE, OSHA, and company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant warehouse/shipping experience
- Forklift experience preferred
- Basic computer and ERP skills
- Ability to read labels, measurements, and shipping documents
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical demands of the role
- Valid driver's license/CDL and OSHA 10 preferred or obtained after hire
Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments. Regular use of computer systems, phones, and standard office or warehouse equipment required. Periodic lifting up to 50lbs and material handling are expected. Safety gear (PPE) may be required in certain work areas.

Hourly: Full-time, non-exempt, $20 - $25
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:30pm
Employment for this position is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening. This role is classified as safety-sensitive, and as such, is subject to a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy. Drug screening will be conducted in accordance with federal regulations, including but not limited to the U.S. Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). applicable state and local laws.
