** Position Overview*
* We are seeking a dependable and motivated  
** Warehouse Associate
** to support daily warehouse operations. This role is primarily responsible for unloading trailers and processing cardboard using a baler. The ideal candidate is flexible, safety-focused, and able to adapt to changing operational needs.

** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Unloading Trailers*
* + Safely and efficiently unload incoming trailers

+ Handle products with care to prevent damage

+ Sort and organize items for accurate identification and easy retrieval

** Processing Cardboard*
* + Operate the baler machine to process cardboard

+ Ensure cardboard is properly compacted and stored

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized baler area

** Additional Duties*
* + Assist with picking, packing, shipping, and other warehouse tasks as needed

+ Follow all safety policies and procedures

+ Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate records

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or equivalent

+ Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required

+ Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., baler machine)

+ Strong organizational and time-management skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

+ Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods

+ Comfortable working in various temperatures and warehouse conditions

** Pay Details:**  $19.00 per hour
