Seasonal Order Builder; Union

Join one of the largest bottlers and distributors of the world's most iconic beverage brands! As part of Swire Coca-Cola, a family‑owned bottling company with over 200 years of history, you will be part of a team that delivers refreshment to over 30 million consumers across 13 states.

As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great‑tasting products. You will build delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensure accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.

Seasonal position from 4/1/26 – 9/15/26.

Schedule:

One of two shifts – 4×10 starting at 10 am or 4×10 starting at 4 pm, with potential OT up to 12 hrs per shift. Shift days fall between M‑F, likely a Tuesday or Thursday off.

Pay: $21.46 per hour.

• Utilize voice‑picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s).
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery.
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s).
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Complete training requirements.
• Restock product in picking areas as needed.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date.
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive.
