Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 4:35 PM (Occasional shifts until 5:00 PM)

Seasonal position through August, with the potential to continue through September.

Opti Staffing is partnering with a well-established distribution company in Lacey that is looking for dependable Warehouse Helpers to assist with their busy summer season. • Pick and stage customer orders accurately for shipment.
• Organize materials and prepare products for distribution.
• Load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping goals.

• $21.00 per hour.
• Steady Monday‑Friday schedule with evenings and weekends free.

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to accurately pick and stage orders.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds periodically throughout the day.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

• Previous picking, staging, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Experience using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
