Forklift Operator, Material Handler
Warehouse Associate II
White Cap is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate II in the Field Operations department. In this role you will operate equipment, handle inventory, and ensure materials are shipped on time to support large‑scale construction projects.
Responsibilities- Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
- Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
- Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
- May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
- Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Has 2-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Forklift experience.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Attention to detail.
- Spanish language proficiency.

Washington law requires the posting of the salary range for advertised jobs. The range for this position is $20.00 - $26.50 per hour.
