Pay: Starting at $21.00/hour
Schedule: M-F, 8am-4:30pm

We're hiring an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team at our Port of Tacoma facility, supporting a fast-paced 3PL account. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who leads by example, takes ownership of their area, and holds their team accountable to high performance and process standards. • Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse team members on a daily basis
• Take ownership of assigned area(s), ensuring productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met
• Hold team members accountable to performance expectations and standard operating procedures
• Support day‑to‑day 3PL account operations, including receiving, put‑away, order fulfillment, and shipping
• Monitor workflow and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
• Serve as a point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting on the warehouse floor
• Maintain accurate records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Model strong attendance, work ethic, and professionalism for the team

• Prior warehouse and/or team‑lead experience required
• 3PL (third‑party logistics) experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills
• Reliable attendance and a consistent, dependable work history
• A growth mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically active warehouse environment
