M-F, 8am-4:30pm
 About the Role
 We're hiring an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team at our Port of Tacoma facility, supporting a fast-paced 3PL account. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads by example, takes ownership of their area, and holds their team accountable to high performance and process standards.  What You'll Do
 Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse team members on a daily basis
 Take ownership of assigned area(s), ensuring productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met
 Hold team members accountable to performance expectations and standard operating procedures
 Support day-to-day 3PL account operations, including receiving, put-away, order fulfillment, and shipping
 Monitor workflow and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
 Serve as a point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting on the warehouse floor
 Maintain accurate records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
 Model strong attendance, work ethic, and professionalism for the team
 What We're Looking For
 Prior warehouse and/or team-lead experience required
 3PL (third-party logistics) experience strongly preferred
 Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
 Reliable attendance and a consistent, dependable work history
 A growth mindset with a drive for continuous improvement

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus, but not required
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment
