Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Logistics Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity supporting warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and material movement operations. This role is ideal for a self-directed logistics professional who is comfortable working independently, taking ownership of daily priorities, and keeping warehouse operations organized, accurate, and efficient.

This position offers a stable onsite work environment with the opportunity to make a visible impact in day-to-day operations. Because the onsite team is small, this role is well suited for someone who enjoys autonomy, clear expectations, and the ability to manage their work with minimal supervision while contributing to smooth logistics and inventory flow.

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, unload, store, and organize materials.
• Receive, inspect, label, track, and organize incoming shipments while preparing outgoing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, complete regular cycle counts, and report shortages, discrepancies, or supply needs.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, material movement, and warehouse logistics activities to support operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment while following all safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, suppliers, and internal contacts to resolve issues and support timely workflow.

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Pay range is $27.00 to $30.00 per hour.
• 100% onsite position.
• Current work location is Kent, WA.
• Operations are expected to relocate to Tacoma, WA next year.
• Candidates must be able to reliably commute to both Kent, WA and Tacoma, WA.
