Rural Health Medical Biller and Coding Specialist West Side Family Health Care (WSFHC) is seeking a Billing & Coding Specialist to support clinical and non-clinical operations. Reporting to the Business Manager, this position is responsible for healthcare billing, coding, claims management, insurance payer communication, patient payments and collections, credentialing support, reporting, and electronic medical record (EMR) system support. The Billing & Coding Specialist will ensure claims are submitted accurately and on time, investigate and resolve billing issues, prepare routine financial and claims reports, communicate with patients, providers, and insurance payers, and assist with credentialing activities.

This role will also serve as an EMR Super User, providing training and troubleshooting support to staff, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with quality program claims and encounter completion.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Annual Pay Scale: $50,880. To $60,480
