Job Overview

We are seeking a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser / Order Writer to help fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. As an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry‑leading snacks, you will represent Mondelēz products in-store and support sales efforts.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional, and self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Capacity to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Bakersfield, CA. Secondary locations:
  Delano, Wasco, Taft, Lake Isabella.
• Availability required includes weekends and holidays; schedule may change based on business needs.

Hourly compensation rate of $18.00.

Bakersfield, CA with secondary coverage in Delano, Wasco, Taft, and Lake Isabella.
