Qualifications
* Previous experience in oilfield services, construction, or industrial labor preferred
* Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments (heat, cold, uneven terrain)
* Basic understanding of well preparation for rigs and heavy equipment operation is a plus
* Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in English for safety purposes
* Valid driver's license required (must meet company driving policy)
* OSHA training (or willingness to obtain) preferred

* Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
* Willingness to travel and work varying schedules, including overtime as needed

Responsibilities
* Prioritize safety by following all company policies, procedures, and safe work practices at all times
* Assist with well site preparation, excavation, and restoration activities
* Support cut & cap operations, wellhead removal, and site cleanup
* Operate and assist with heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, skid steers, and support equipment (as qualified)
* Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, material handling, and site preparation
* Assist with line locating, job setup, and site safety controls
* Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment and tools
* Load/unload equipment and materials and support mobilization/demobilization of job sites
* Maintain clean and organized work areas
* Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule and within scope
