Nursing Faculty - Maternal-Child Nursing or Emergency/Critical Care

We are seeking dynamic nursing faculty to join our new prelicensure BSN program, specializing in either Maternal-Child Nursing or Emergency/Critical Care Nursing.

Responsibilities:

Teach didactic, skills lab, and simulation-based courses in area of specialization.

Collaborate in developing curriculum, simulation scenarios, and clinical learning experiences.

Supervise students in clinical settings and provide constructive feedback to promote competence and confidence.

Engage in student advising, mentoring, and scholarly activities.

Participate in program assessment, accreditation activities, and faculty governance.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in nursing required. Current, unencumbered RN license.

Recent clinical experience in maternal-child nursing or emergency/critical care.

Demonstrated experience in simulation-based teaching and learning.

Prior teaching experience in nursing education preferred.

This is a 9-month position

Annual salary $57,710.00 with excellent benefits, including generous leave time.

Anticipated hire date: 04/01/2026
