Friday-Monday, 7:30a-5:30p (4x10) - no OT, backfill
AHA BLS required
ARRT certification required
Minimum of 2 years' experience required
Pediatric experience required

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing patient histories and completing screenings for pacemakers and injuries involving metal objects.
  • Preparing and administering contrast dyes.
  • Addressing patients' concerns and ensuring their comfort and calmness during scans.
  • Performing regular inspections of MRI equipment, scheduling maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Positioning patients and conducting MRI scans according to physicians' specifications.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and safety in MRI rooms.
  • Training junior MRI technologists and supporting new staff.
  • Writing reports and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Carrying out quality assurance procedures and implementing improvements as required.
