Full-time, 13 week Contract with option to extend
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive intraoperative nursing care during surgical procedures.
- Assess patient status pre-, intra-, and post-operatively and document findings.
- Ensure sterile techniques and maintain a safe operating room environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation for compliance, billing, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with surgeons and teams to anticipate equipment needs and troubleshoot.
- Monitor and manage anesthesia equipment and supplies within scope.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to optimize perioperative outcomes.
- Demonstrate results-driven performance with clear activity and outcome visibility.
- Uphold infection prevention protocols and participate in patient safety initiatives.
- Educate patients and families about perioperative care and recovery expectations.
- Assist in the development and execution of professional development plans.
- Active RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS certified with perioperative experience.
