The Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive nursing care, symptom management, and emotional support to patients and families throughout end-of-life care. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, highly organized, and committed to delivering comfort-focused, dignified care in alignment with each patient's goals and wishes.

Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- 1-2 years of recent clinical nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment skills, including pain and symptom management
- Knowledge of hospice philosophy, end-of-life care standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR documentation and timely charting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to work independently, manage time well, and prioritize visits
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes
- Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and emotional resilience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy
