Step into a dynamic critical care environment dedicated to delivering high-caliber nursing care to adult and pediatric patients with complex medical needs. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and offers a schedule of three 12-hour day shifts per week. The unit manages a range of acuity levels, requiring expertise and adaptability.

Schedule/

Hours:

• Three 12-hour day shifts weekly (3x12 days)
• 13-week assignment

Qualifications:

• Current Oklahoma RN license (single state or compact)
• Minimum of 3 years recent ICU nursing experience
• Experience with both adult and pediatric ICU patients is essential
• Active NIHSS certification (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Familiarity with Pixys automated medication dispensing system
• Commitment to universal masking within the ICU

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill adults and children with diverse diagnoses
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence
• Monitor, assess, and document patient condition; respond rapidly to changes
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary health team to deliver integrated patient care
• Adhere to ICU staffing ratios (2:1); flex to SDU ratio (3:1) as needed
• Administer medications safely and accurately using automated dispensing technology
  
  Comply with all safety, infection control, and facility protocols, including mask usage

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
