Position OverviewWhat you’ll do:
- Lead a high‑performance team of 8‑20 associates (including 3‑4 managers) to create an unforgettable experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best.
- Inspire and direct the team with a focus on customer obsession and driving sales, loyalty, and talent goals.
- Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training and retention.
- Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices and store expense control.
- Connect with the community to increase awareness.

- Previous management experience required. Specialty retail store management experience preferred.
