Position Overview

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a high‑performance team of 8‑20 associates (including 3‑4 managers) to create an unforgettable experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best.
  • Inspire and direct the team with a focus on customer obsession and driving sales, loyalty, and talent goals.
  • Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training and retention.
  • Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices and store expense control.
  • Connect with the community to increase awareness.
  • Drive new ideas, share information with others, and create solutions.

Position Requirements
  • Previous management experience required. Specialty retail store management experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere.
  • Ability to make sound decisions, take action, and achieve results.
  • Computer proficiency, necessary.
  • Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.
