Position Overview
Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best.
The primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes. Sales associates also participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation, focusing on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

- Cash wrap / cashier: use modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to be well informed on company priorities and promotions; deliver a seamless omni‑channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services
- Maintain visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
- Product flow/shipping and receiving: support the shipment process, gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to omni‑order fulfilment including in‑store and curbside pick‑up
- At least 16 years of age
- Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
- Goal/achievement oriented
- Some technical aptitude
- Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment, while working through competing priorities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
