As a maurices full‑time retail store manager, you’ll lead a team of 8‑20 associates, including 3‑4 management members, to create an unforgettable customer experience.

• Inspire and direct a customer‑obsessed team to achieve sales, loyalty, and talent goals.
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expense control.

• Previous management experience – required.
• Specialty retail store management experience – preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and foster a positive team atmosphere.
• Strong decision‑making, action‑taking, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Computer proficiency – necessary.
• Availability for day, evening, and weekend hours.
