Security Officer Part Time Credential Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper communication channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate with residents and property management regarding security-related concerns and/or service needs;
Assist with observing community rules and property conditions, reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel for follow-up
