The primary duty of the Administrative Support - Level III is managing the administrative functions of assigned Franchise. Supervises and directs Administrative Support Level I & II. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling employees; making recommendations regarding status changes; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Essential Functions- Regular and timely attendance.
- Supervise and direct subordinate employees.
- Interview, hire, train, and schedule employees.
- Make recommendations regarding status changes.
- Plan, assign, and direct work.

- Reward and discipline employees.
- Address complaints and resolve problems.
- Capable of performing Administrative Support Level I & II duties.
- Accounts Receivable research on past due accounts and potential write-offs to determine appropriate action.
- Ensure daily deposit is balanced and entered on corporate deposit sheet.
- Maintain all cash and load variances for Retail Delivery Drivers, email results, and determine payroll deductions.
- Process check requests.
- Oversee cash room duties, including disarming money room, unlocking doors and safe, safe audits.
- Oversee corporate invoice reconciliation.
- Ensure daily (including weekend days) end-of-day reconciliation.
- Oversee direct-to-trade bulk invoicing and ensure all Sam’s Club direct-to-trade orders are entered and settled weekly.
- Input inventory tracking sheet.
- Liaison between Administrative Support and Regional and Franchise personnel.
- Maintain petty cash checkbook.
- Set up and maintain Driver accounts in VIP/Legacy.
- Set up customer accruals for CDA in VIP/Legacy.
- Set up and maintain salesman accounts and applicable commissions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain high ethical and moral conduct during work hours and off-site functions.

RequiredEducation and Experience
Education: High School Diploma (or GED or equivalence);
Required.
Computer
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). SharePoint experience required.
Experience: One year administration experience required; prior supervisory experience preferred.
Tools: Desktop/laptop computers, multi-line switchboards/scanners, telephone, calculators, printers, scanners, iPhone/iPad, facsimile.
