Guest Services Gate Ambassador Event Staff - Talladega Superspeedway

About the Role

TALLADEGA SUPERSPEEDWAY hosts two major NASCAR weekends a year. Gate Ambassadors work at Admission Gates, Tunnels, or the Infield Crossover Gate to provide guests with an unforgettable racing experience.

• Admission Gates: Scan guests’ tickets to verify valid admission, check credentials, inspect vehicle entry points, provide directions and assistance on property, and perform all other assigned duties.
• Tunnels/Crossover Gate: Verify vehicle access to the infield, inspect RVs for prohibited items, confirm ticket or credential validity, and perform all other assigned duties.

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and personable
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Quick learner and trainable
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment
• Ability to stand for 8‑12 hours and work outdoors in variable weather
• Team player who follows direction
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Adherence to dress code and a clean, presentable appearance at all times

Seasonal/temporary event‑based position. Shifts range from 8 to 12 hours, depending on event needs and conditions.
