We’re looking for motivated and personable customer service representatives to work in a fast‑paced environment. This role is available part or full time and offers flexible schedules, ideal for students or anyone looking for a second job. Domino’s Pizza provides opportunities for growth, from entry level to management positions.
Job Responsibilities- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.
Communication Skills- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly; calculator may be used.
- Provide correct monetary change.
- Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Coordination of eyes and hands for rapid and accurate movements necessary.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
- In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F and above in some work areas.
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
- Fumes from food odors.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile “bricks” with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36″ and 4″. - Walking:
Short distances for short durations. - Sitting:
Paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table. - Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb with dimensions up to 3 ft × 1.5 ft; cases usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 in high. - Carrying:
Large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce up to 30 lb; trays of pizza dough carried three at a time (~12 lb per tray). - Pushing:
Trays on dollies (24‑30 in, up to 7.5 lb force). - Climbing:
Infrequent stairs or ladder use to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. - Stooping/Bending:
Forward bending at waist (30‑45 s continuous) for pizza assembly station; required at front counter and stocking ingredients. - Crouching/Squatting occasionally for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
- Reaching:
Continuous up, down, forward; occasionally above 72 in to turn oven controls; reaching down for scooping cornmeal or washing dishes; forward for topping ingredients, cleaning surfaces, or answering phones. - Hand Tasks:
Eye‑hand coordination essential; continuous use of hands, frequent use of forearms and wrists; manipulation of pizza peel and rolling cutter; pinching required in cardboard box assembly; ability to grasp cans, phone, cutter, peel, boxes. - Machines, Tools, Equipment:
Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.
