We’re looking for motivated and personable customer service representatives to work in a fast‑paced environment. • Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly; calculator may be used.
• Provide correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Coordination of eyes and hands for rapid and accurate movements necessary.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F and above in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing:
  Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile “bricks” with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36″ and 4″.
• Walking:
  Short distances for short durations.
• Sitting:
  Paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
• Lifting:
  Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb with dimensions up to 3 ft × 1.5 ft; cases usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 in high.
• Carrying:
  Large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce up to 30 lb; trays of pizza dough carried three at a time (~12 lb per tray).
• Pushing:
  Trays on dollies (24‑30 in, up to 7.5 lb force).
• Climbing:
  Infrequent stairs or ladder use to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
• Stooping/Bending:
  Forward bending at waist (30‑45 s continuous) for pizza assembly station; required at front counter and stocking ingredients.
• Crouching/Squatting occasionally for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
• Reaching:
  Continuous up, down, forward; occasionally above 72 in to turn oven controls; reaching down for scooping cornmeal or washing dishes; forward for topping ingredients, cleaning surfaces, or answering phones.
• Hand Tasks:
  Eye‑hand coordination essential; continuous use of hands, frequent use of forearms and wrists; manipulation of pizza peel and rolling cutter; pinching required in cardboard box assembly; ability to grasp cans, phone, cutter, peel, boxes.
• Machines, Tools, Equipment:
  Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.
