Encadria Staffing Solutions is seeking General Labor/Operator to support Georgia-Pacific's Talladega mill. This hands-on role covers lumber handling, housekeeping, stacking, strapping, banding, and general cleanup across the mill, indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Schedule:
Wed-Sat 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with potential Mon-Fri shifts based on business needs. Pay rate: $16.00 per hour. Assignment length: 2 to 3 weeks.
