Auto Care Center Team Associate

Qualifications

• Ensure customers have a great first and last impression.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Change oil, tires, and perform other general maintenance.
• Become certified on and operate powered equipment needed to perform essential functions.
• Have a positive attitude in all weather conditions.

Competitive pay along with performance‑based incentive awards and additional compensation such as annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
