• Engage customers in the wireless services section, discussing post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans and accessories.
• Uncover customer desires, address objections, and provide solutions.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Welcome and greet customers, directing them to displays and offering assistance.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and celebrate successes.
• Document and report sales accurately; track all activity and submit required paperwork.
• Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and uphold company integrity.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and impeccable integrity.

• Estimated earnings $600–$800 weekly (base + uncapped commission).
