As a Security Officer Patrol Access Coordinator in Talladega, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government facility.

* Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations in accordance with site guidelines.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

* Monitor entry and exit points, verify access as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.

* Support order at the location by following post instructions, communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders, and assisting with security-related operations as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

* Access control and badge experience is preferred.

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* CPR certification is preferred.

* Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
