Administrative Assistant / File Clerk (Full-Time)

Summary of Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1)+ years of experience in an administrative or clerical position
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Available to work in-office Monday - Friday, approximately 8:00am - 5:00pm

About this position: We are seeking a methodical, organized, and curious Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is based in our Tallahassee, FL office and reports to the Corporate Administration team. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks associated with organizing, naming, and archiving information that will have long-term business value to the company, as well as other basic office/staff support and special projects.
Proven successful experience with general administration duties is required.

Essential Functions of the Administrative Assistant:
- Completing general administrative office assistance including ordering staff lunches, running errands, occasional grounds maintenance
- Performing courier services, including transporting CEO and other team members to various appointments
- Handling a variety of tasks associated with organizing, naming and archiving confidential information
- Scanning incoming files, applying proper naming convention and archiving
- Maintaining and monitoring Sharepoint site for archiving purposes
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Recording incoming/outgoing mail
- Providing general office assistance and completing additional special projects as needed by the company
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has 1+ years of administration experience
- Possesses a keen attention to detail
- Is a team player who enjoys collaborating and working with others
- Can multitask and prioritize projects based on changing needs
- Possesses strong organizational skills
- Is available to work full-time Monday - Friday from approximately 8:00am to 5:00pm in our Tallahassee, FL office
- Can pass a rigorous criminal background check
