Operations Analyst I -

This is a full-time, in-office position with the Department of Health. The primary responsibilities include managing the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program, processing vaccine orders, maintaining inventory, and assisting providers with enrollment and communication. Required knowledge includes office procedures, communication techniques, data collection methods, and basic arithmetic. Minimum qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent, with one year of customer service experience preferred.
