JOB DESCRIPTION:
This OPS position works directly with the Pre-Collegiate Programs Director to support the daily operations of the Pre-Collegiate Program. The position provides administrative, reporting and program support through document management, data tracking, process improvement and preparation of written and informational materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications and able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

The Florida Department of Education (FDOE) has an open position that is responsible for executing the following functions:
* Providing administrative and program support, reporting activities and special projects.
* Assisting with improving workflow and simplifying reporting procedures by reviewing current practices and helping revise internal processes and materials.
* Filing, maintaining, storing, retrieving, or reproducing documents, records, reports and other program materials.
* Tracking program-related data and maintaining spreadsheets, logs, records and other internal reporting tools.
* Preparing, revising, formatting, and organizing resources, guidance materials, manuals and other informational documents.
* Drafting and editing written correspondence, summaries, charts, tables and other support materials used for program reporting.
* Assisting staff, project partners and stakeholders by responding to requests and supporting day-to-day program needs.
* Reviewing documents, reports, forms, and submitted materials for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
* Supporting special assignments related to reporting, documentation, process updates and other office priorities.
* Performs other related tasks assigned.
