Job Title
A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in OCM, business transformation, or enterprise program management.
Demonstrated leadership in change management for large-scale, multi-year technology modernization or cloud migration initiatives.
Proven experience developing and executing OCM strategies, communication plans, training plans, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
Strong background with enterprise-wide impacts across people, processes, and technology.
Experience working within complex organizations with diverse stakeholder groups, cross-functional teams, and executive leadership.
Hands-on experience with Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement (ADKAR), Prosci, or similar change management methodologies; and
Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery environments.
