We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented procurement and contract management expert to join our dynamic team of three contract managers in the Bureau of Operations, Operational Support Services Unit in the Division of Medical Quality Assurance.

This team is a one-stop shop, starting with the procurement process when the need is first conceptualized all the way through to the termination of the contract. As a vital member of our team, you'll be one of the go-to people for all things procurement and contract-related, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of agreements that directly support our Division's mission, as required by Section ), Florida Statutes.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
As a contract manager, you'll work with the team to spearhead successful procurements, oversee contract actions for timely execution, and regularly audit contract budgets to ensure invoices are processing timely and budgets are properly managed. Oversee the entire contract lifecycle: from initial drafting and negotiation to amendments, renewals, and closeouts, you'll monitor each contract through every stage. Contract Management Expertise:
Demonstrated knowledge of contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiation, and compliance monitoring. Financial Literacy:

Experience with fiscal management, budgeting, and financial reporting. Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with Florida's state software systems (FLAIR, FIS, FACTS, MFMP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel required, Smart Sheet preferred). Analytical Thinker:
