Construction Project Manager
New search for a Construction Project Manager to oversee multi-million-dollar projects in the federal government construction sector. This role involves managing all project phases, from planning and subcontractor coordination to quality control and financial oversight, ensuring timely delivery of infrastructure and facilities. Anticipated salary: $130,000 - $150,000

Anticipated travel:
Monthly, 2-3 days
Office-based in Tallahassee, FL
Responsibilities- Develop safety plans and serve as main contact for owners/engineers/architects
- Prequalify subcontractors, analyze bids, prepare contracts
- Create logistics/phasing plans, coordinate subcontractors
- Manage project startup, permits, mobilization
- Update schedules (Primavera P6 preferred), track RFIs/RFPs/Change Orders
- Implement quality control, expedite submittals/deliveries
- Review reports, approve invoices, prepare payments
- Oversee close-out and mentor junior staff
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering (civil/structural), or related;
Building Construction preferred - Minimum 5 years' construction experience
- Proficient in project management duties
- Experience in architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical aspects
- Financial accounting knowledge
- Strong communication, writing, conflict resolution, organizational skills
- Willingness to travel
