Position:

• Pediatric, private clinic located in Tallahassee, Florida with 7 operatories, 2 Hygienist, 3 Dental Assistants, and opened Monday-Thursday
• Group turns away 20 patients a day due to volumes, ability to ramp quickly within, 3,500 active patients
• Group produced $1 million last year, 40% increase YoY and trend is continuing
• Ability to use OR at hospital if credentialed
• Group sees all payors including PPO, cash, and Medicaid

Offering:

• Pediatric Specialist will receive $50,000 sign on bonus, $25k being paid upfront
• Retention bonus offered to Pediatric Specialist
• Daily guarantee, and % of collections once exceed threshold, labs covered, ability to exceed $400k
