Responsibilities

* Facilitate classes scheduled in computer labs.

* Assist users (Anne's College faculty, staff, and students).

* Check in/out equipment.

* Maintain reservations for labs, conference rooms, and study areas.

* Set up videoconferencing.

Qualifications

High school diploma/equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

* Preference will be given to Anne's College graduate students (with at least 2 semesters before graduation).

* Knowledge of MS Office and Canvas.

* Basic computer troubleshooting and videoconferencing experience.

* Ability to communicate effectively.

* Customer service experience.
