** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver product and manufacturing initiatives on
** time, cost, and quality targets** .

+ Plan projects end-to-end, defining scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure  
** clear execution and accountability** .

+ Manage project execution by tracking risks, milestones, and deliverables to  
** keep teams aligned and focused on results** .

+ Coordinate prototyping, testing, and design change qualification to ensure  
** product readiness and manufacturing robustness** .

+ Present project progress and outcomes to stakeholders to enable  
** timely decisions at key milestones and gates** .

** What We're Looking For*
* + 3 years to +5 year of experience leading  
** cross-functional projects
** in product development, manufacturing, or industrial environments.

+ Experience analyzing engineering design changes and working with complex Bills of Material

+ Strong project management capability across
** planning, execution, risk, cost, and schedule control** .

+ Responsible for implementing new process and products.
