* You'll play a critical role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and quality of
** Turbocor compressor technology
** by building and improving the automated test systems that validate every unit. Your work directly supports product excellence, customer trust, and long-term system reliability.  By connecting controls, data acquisition, and manufacturing systems, you'll enable accurate, repeatable, and scalable testing across production and engineering validation. This is an onsite position at our facility in Tallahassee, Florida.

** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Design, implement, and improve
** automated test systems
** that validate compressor performance with accuracy and repeatability.

+ Develop and maintain  
** PLC- and software‑based test control
** that drives reliable, efficient test execution.

+ Integrate test equipment, data acquisition, and manufacturing systems to ensure  
** trusted, usable test data** .

+ Analyze test results, cycle times, and system performance to  
** increase throughput and equipment utilization** .

+ Support daily production testing and new product introductions by resolving issues and standardizing test processes.

** What We're Looking For*
* ** Education & Experience*
* + Bachelor's degree in  
** Electrical Engineering** ,  
** Mechanical Engineering** ,  
** Mechatronics** , or related technical field

+ 3-7 years of experience in  
** test engineering** ,  
** controls** , or  
** automation
* * within a manufacturing environment

+ Hands-on experience with  
** Siemens PLC programming**  (TIA Portal strongly preferred)

+ Proficiency in  
** LabVIEW
* * for data acquisition and system control

+ Familiarity with  
** Ignition**  (SCADA/MES interface) or similar platforms

+ Understanding of  
** MES systems
** and manufacturing data integration workflows

+ Knowledge of  
** instrumentation** ,  
** sensors** , and  
** data acquisition systems*
* + Ability to read and interpret  
** electrical schematics** ,  
** P&IDs** , and  
** system diagrams*
* + Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills

** Preferred Qualifications*

** HVAC systems** ,

** thermodynamic testing*
* + Knowledge of  
** refrigerant systems
** and performance testing methodologies
