DC Processing Specialist

The DC Processing Specialist is responsible for processing documents related to client Defined Contribution plans as set up in TBA, while meeting and exceeding client Service Level Agreements. The Processing Specialist is responsible for comprehending and developing a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures associated with core functions and deliver to high standards of quality and timeliness.

• Comprehending and developing a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures associated with core functions (basic data entry processing)
• Processing documents that are rules based with some problem solving
• Processing documents that require minimal manual updates
• Performing repeatable processing functions with upholding quality standards
• Processing documents in accordance with set timely standard measures
• Interacting and relying on team for questions and problem solving
• Conducting research on errors and determining preventative measures
• Researching complex participant benefit issues and providing resolution in accordance with due dates and documents processes
• Performing nonstandard processing functions with exceeding quality standards
• Working directly with third party vendor

• Be a Florida residents and available to work onsite at the Orlando, FL office at least once weekly as part of a hybrid work schedule.
• Able to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with stakeholders
• Possess Intermediate knowledge of MS applications like Excel, Word
• Able to apply knowledge to make decisions effectively
