Assistant Attorney General-Dla

This is an Assistant Attorney General position within the Office of the Attorney General, Civil Legal Services – Commission on Ethics. The work you will do includes reviewing complaints filed with the Commission on Ethics, preparing Advocate's Recommendations, making oral presentations before the Commission on Ethics, preparing cases for public hearings, conducting prosecutions at public hearings, participating in appellate litigation, and preparing and filing pleadings to collect penalties recommended by the Commission on Ethics.
